The Law Firm of Custodio Acorda Sicam de Castro Brillantes & Hizon (CASDBH Law Firm) is strategically located in the City of Makati, the business and financial center of the Philippines.

The Firm was founded by the late Mario E. Ongkiko, who was acknowledged as one of the leading trial lawyers in the country. In the 2007-2008 Edition of the Asia Pacific Legal 500 (http://www.legal500.com), an international publication that features the top law firms in the Asia-Pacific region, Mr. Ongkiko was described as a highly regarded practitioner in the country. The Firm was noted for being a fixture in the Manila legal market and for maintaining its good reputation for reliable advice in the full range of disputes.

The present Partners, led by Mr. Demetrio C. Custodio, Jr., have continued the Firm’s mission of helping its clients resolve their disputes speedily, effectively, and at less cost.

The Firm’s current roster of clients includes some of the country’s top corporations in the construction, banking, real estate, and restaurant industries. The Firm represents government institutions and does legal work for international organizations and embassies.

It has also represented clients before congressional and administrative hearings and investigations. The Firm has serviced the corporate needs of both local and foreign clients in investment and business counseling, contract drafting and negotiations, registration and liaison with government agencies, real estate investment, and corporate housekeeping.
